  Please arrive fourty-five (45) minutes before the scheduled meeting start time.

=== DVD Recorder - Record and Finalize ===
To operate the DVD recorder – you will need to use the REMOTE. It is labelled DVD at the base of remote.
Brief instructions on use are labelled to the recorder.

**To Record:**
  1. press POWER BUTTON
  2. press DVD OPEN/CLOSE
  3. put DVD in
  4. press REC MODE (next to REC button) make sure setting is for EP
  5. press REC
  
**To Finalize**
  1. press STOP - stop recording
  2. press SETUP
  3. select DVD MENU
  4. choose FINALIZE
  5. choose YES
  6. wait for the bars to finish

//**Do not power the DVR recorder off until finalize has completed, even if meeting is going into closed session**
