  - First, check to see if the program already has a program code [[scheduling:codes|here]]
  - If the program already has a program code,
    - If the program is **__NOT part of a series program__**, then:
      - Naming system = (program code)(YYYY)(MM)(DD). For day that the program first plays
        - Program Code: Letter abbreviation for the program
        - YYYY: four-digit year
        - MM: 2-digit month
        - DD: 2-digit day
    - If the program **__is part of a series__**, then:
      - Naming system = (program code)-(Season#)(Episode#)
        - Program Code: Letter abbreviation for the program
        - Season#: Shown as S##, example: S01 = Season one
        - Episode#: Shown as E###, example: E001 = Episode one
          - All together example: SOS-S01E002 = Sue Orfield Show, Season One, Episode 2
