When done with coding the ECSB video, copy the entire code into a second window to prep the code for sending to the ECASD.

Strip all code language/code from the notepadd++ window except for:
  - Numbered Agenda Items
  - Times in format, 0h0m0s
  - Add the complete video link at top

Then copy this new format of the information into the email chain for the ECASD and send to the Admin.
