====== UPLOADING GOVERNMENT MEETINGS TO YOUTUBE ======


    - AFTER EXPORTING THE H.264 FILE OF THE MEETING, OPEN A CHROME WINDOW AND NAVIGATE TO: YOUTUBE.COM
      - SIGN IN 
    - CLICK ON THE UPLOAD BUTTON
      - CLICK ON THE FOLDER ICON IN THE TASK BAR TO PULL UP THE DRIVES ON THE COMPUTER
      - NAVIGATE THE COMPUTER DRIVES TO: COMPUTER\VIDEO (V:)\MPEGSFORNEXUS\
      - CLICK-AND-HOLD, THEN DRAG THE FILE OF THE MEETING TO THE UPLOAD WINDOW IN YOUTUBE.
    - USING THE INFORMATION <html><a href="#meetings">BELOW</a></html> FOR THE MEETING YOU ARE UPLOADING - FILL IN THE BLANKS ON YOUTUBE.
      - ONCE ALL INFORMATION HAS BEEN FILLED OUT - CLICK THE PUBLISH BUTTON ON YOUTUBE.
    - WAIT FOR THE FILE TO FINISH UPLOADING. LEAVE THE YOUTUBE WINDOW OPEN - YOU WILL NEED IT.
      - OPEN A SECOND CHROME WINDOW - NAVIGATE TO: VALLEYMEDIAWORKS.ORG AND LOGIN
    - GOTO POSTS>ADD NEW
      - THE CODE YOU WILL NEED IS ON: [[government_edits:post_to_wordpress_with_video|POSTING TO WORDPRESS WITH YOUTUBE VIDEO INFORMATION INSTRUCTIONS]]

**YouTube Thumbnail** Goto: CVCTV-Production (L:)\Government Posts\For facebook\ choose an image from this folder (appropriate to the meeting) for the thumbnail to be used on YouTube, then find the same image on the website (they are preloaded) to be used for the Featured Image.

==== Writing the Post ====
   - Put the Title of the post into the top bar **TITLE BAR**
     - TITLE OF THE PROGRAM, YOU CAN GET THIS FROM THE TITLE THAT YOU HAVE PUT INTO THE TITLE BAR ON YOUTUBE, THEY SHOULD BE THE SAME TITLE.
   - In the **Body** window, (below the Title Bar), Change to the TEXT Tab.
     -  CHANGE THE CODE BELOW FOR THE LINKS AND CHAPTER POINTS THAT YOUR VIDEO HAS
     - COPY THE CODE - STARTING UNDER THE LINE
     - PASTE IT INTO THE **TEXT VIEW** IN THE WORDPRESS POST
       - CHOOSE ONLY THREE (3) CATEGORIES IN WORDPRESS 
         - **Local Meetings**, The code from below for your program, **Video**
           - Pay attention - that **Video** category is the one below Local Meetings.

       - Include a tag within the text of the post to the facebook page for the Government/Organization that the meeting post is for. 
         - If the government/organization does not have a facebook page, you can skip this step.

       - Type the city that the meeting took place in.

     - Click on the camera icon in the lower left of the post window to fetch the image you want to use with the post. {{ :government_edits:ptfb_getimage.jpg?300 |}}
     - Choose UPLOAD PHOTOS/VIDEO, navigate to L:\Government Posts\For facebook\
     - Choose the image that you used with the post on the main website, and click open.
     - Click **Publish**
   - Now, you can log out from CTV's website (wordpress) and Facebook.
