Delete ALL the files inside of the VIDEO Folder. This will remove the PREVIOUS WEEKS VIDEO, allowing for easy transition for the New Video.
COPY the video for the current week to the VIDEO Folder. ALWAYS COPY the video from the device that you used to record the video onto. If something goes wrong with the edit, we can come back to the original video. Hold onto the device used to record the program, DO NOT put the device back into circulation until the program is rendered and ready to air.
When the Video has completed Copying to the VIDEO FOLDER, go back one folder. This will take you to the Government Meeting folder.
In this folder, is a PREMIERE PROJECT FILE (.prproj)
DOUBLE-CLICK the file to open the Government Meeting Template.

PREMIERE WILL OPEN, and then it will ask you where the Video Files are. Simply CLICK SKIP ALL.
When Premier has finished loading.
Goto the PROJECT WINDOW, Find the FOLDER: VIDEO, Open it by clicking on the Arrow next to the Folder, then Select the Video Files inside and Delete them from the Project.
Goto the MEDIA BROWSER, it should already be directed to the video folder for the project. Grab all of the video that you just copied to this folder, and drag it into the PROJECT WINDOW, to the VIDEO FOLDER.
Wait for the Video to Compress, Load and Compile. You will know that the video is done when the YELLOW BAR (Configuring Media Progress Bar) found at the BOTTOM RIGHT of the SEQUENCE WINDOW has completed filling.
Once the Video has completed Loading, SELECT ALL OF THE VIDEO From the Video Folder in your Project Window, and drag it into the ‘Template’ Sequence.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE WORKING IN THE TEMPLATE SEQUENCE AND NOT ONE OF THE NESTED SEQUENCES FOR THE OPEN, CLOSE, OR BREAKS. – PAY ATTENTION TO THE NAME OF THE SEQUENCE YOU ARE WORKING ON.
Once the Video is in the proper Sequence/Template file:
When you are Ready to EXPORT. MAKE SURE THAT THE TEMPLATE/SEQUENCE IS HIGHLIGHTED.
This can either be done by highlighting the Sequence in the Project Window, or by making sure that there is a YELLOW Bar around the Sequence you are working in. Two (2) Exported Files will be required:

Use the date of the program after the file code: EXAMPLE:
[File Code][4-digit Year][2-digit Month][2 or 4-digit Day] EC COUNTY Recorded on Jan 1, 2014 = ECCB20140101 EC City Council Recorded on Jan 1-2,2014 = ECCC2014010102
This will open Adobe Encoder .Once Encoder has fully opened and added the Project to the Queue. GO BACK to Premiere. Click FILE>SAVE. THEN CLICK FILE>EXIT.
Open TWO (2) Window Explorer (ALSO FOUND VIA START MENU, MY COMPUTER – DO NOT OPEN INTERNET EXPLORER) windows. (Use Keyboard: Windows Key + E). Put the two windows so you can see both of them.
WHILE WAITING FOR THE FILE TO COMPLETE THE COPY/TRANSFER. YOU CAN FINISH WRITING THE CODE TO BE USED FOR POSTING TO WORDPRESS
WHEN THE TRANSFER HAS COMPLETED, CLOSE THE TWO WINDOWS AND – GO TO NEXT STEP
