- Optimize your cover photo for the right dimensions: 820 pixels wide and 312 pixels tall for desktop, 640 pixels wide by 360 pixels tall for mobile. If your uploaded image is smaller than these dimensions, Facebook will stretch it to fit – making it look blurry.
- Video Page Header:MIN 820 x 312; Suggested 820 x 462; Can upload 1080p video as well, and then scale and adjust for banner area.
- Videos need to be a minimum of 20 seconds in length.
Channel Play Programs
- Frame Size: 640×480 or 720×540 (square pixel, 4:3)
- File Format: MPG-2, Target Bitrates between 3 - 5 mb/s. Higher bitrates will cause your account to be charged for conversion of the file.
- Camera Framing: Main interest of video needs to be within the center cut of the frame.
- Audio: Within the range of -6 to -12dB, Audio must be the same on both channels (MONO).
- If delivering a DVD, Must be DVD-R. DVD+R will not work with our system.
