Instructions for Videographers
Please arrive fourty-five (45) minutes before the scheduled meeting start time.
DVD Recorder - Record and Finalize
To operate the DVD recorder – you will need to use the REMOTE. It is labelled DVD at the base of remote. Brief instructions on use are labelled to the recorder.
To Record:
1. press POWER BUTTON 2. press DVD OPEN/CLOSE 3. put DVD in 4. press REC MODE (next to REC button) make sure setting is for EP 5. press REC
To Finalize
1. press STOP - stop recording 2. press SETUP 3. select DVD MENU 4. choose FINALIZE 5. choose YES 6. wait for the bars to finish
Do not power the DVR recorder off until finalize has completed, even if meeting is going into closed session
